The Third Team had a decisive win on Wednesday defeating Hoylake and replacing them at the top of the league. An early win from Alan put them on their way and despite Frank losing on top board, John McCormick won his game with Steve G, Tony Mc and Will all drawing to give a 3.5 - 2.5 win. The result means they now lead Division 4 by 1 point.
